BRICK ORDER FORM
The Vero Beach Dog Park has a walkway made up of personalized engraved bricks. The bricks will be installed in the memorial garden located at the south entry.
Each brick may be engraved with up to three lines of print. Each line accommodates up to 16 characters including punctuation and spaces. All letters are engraved in UPPER CASE.
Donation for each 4” x 8”
The Vero Beach Dog Park reserves the right to not accept messages deemed inappropriate.
Please print (in UPPER CASE LETTERS) the name or message you would like on your brick on the submission form.

BENCH ORDER FORM
The Vero Beach Dog Park has several benches throughout the park.
Each bench may be engraved with up to four lines of print. Each line accommodates up to 25 characters including punctuation and spaces.
The Vero Beach Dog Park reserves the right to not accept messages deemed inappropriate.
